My mother’s birthday is at the end of this month and falls around the time of the Full Moon, so we will be doing a birthday party for my beloved momma to celebrate her inspiration in the restaurant and also to celebrate the moon as well as fall color. The menu: Cream of mushroom soup Pumpkin and Italian sausage tortellini in a brown butter sage sauce Ancho crusted beef tenderloin on butternut squash with asparagus and a three herb chimichurri Chocolate mousse whip with berries I’m still working on the wine pairings. What y’all think??????
